Title: The Moments Before, During and After A Nuclear Attack
Post by: Dan Sea on April 03, 2022, 08:29:09 pm
I personally thought the many mentions of social distancing and mask wearing while hunkering down and sheltering from a nuclear attack were a little ridiculous. For most of us, COVID will be the last thing on our minds should such a disaster occur but for those with pre-existing conditions who will likely not be able to seek medical attention for quite some time after such a disaster, disease and medical attention should be a significant consideration. The farther east you are on Long Island the more likely you will be to survive the blast should the attack be on the city. Surviving fallout is a matter of time and preparation. The hardest time will be the days, weeks, months and likely years following an attack. https://www.ready.gov/nuclear-explosion
