Title: Anyone in the West Babylon Long Island area

I have no idea how to get into a repeater pretty new to this I got a 10 foot antenna on top of my house I can maybe get someone around 5 miles away from my house but I cannot for the life of me understand how to get into a repeater perhaps someone can help me
